Life cycles of plants

Posted on Monday, November 6th, 2017 at 2:55 pm

Today, the children have been looking at the life cycle of a flowering plant and how insects are vitally important in helping them grow. They then looked at how plants produce new shoots when they reproduce asexually (potatoes). The children have all planted their own bulbs to see if they can successfully get them to grow. They will observe the bulbs are they develop and note any changes – fingers crossed we have some flowers!
